You know, there’s a lot of those fly-by-night companies that are just really kind of a shady deal. When it came down to me making my decision, I would rather go with someone that had the rating that Pro City did or anything else… so. Your guy’s history is what did for me.

I did the original purchase with Conrad and then I also did a refinance just recently. Conrad helped me understand everything. I had done a little bit of research on my own, but his knowledge of everything was terrific. I can’t give him enough praise, I mean, he taught me so much and not only at the purchase part of it, but also the refinance part.

Pro City went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected from anybody. Everything was understood before I signed it. Conrad was there for my signing. Every paper that I had a question on was answered. It was perfect. It didn’t even take us 30 days to close… it was very very fast. I don’t have a complaint ONE. HONESTLY. It was something that he shared a lot of information with me that if I didn’t know any better, could’ve gotten by me. And Pro City’s a great choice. I couldn’t be more happy. So, I know if Conrad took the time out for somebody he didn’t know like me, it would be nothing for him to do it again for somebody else and it’s not just him… it’s everybody that works there.

I just want to say thanks for everybody that made it happen, I mean, not only did I get a great deal first off, but my refinance has really helped my wife and I out a lot.
